Do I need my own TikTok or Instagram ad account?
No. goSparkor runs your ads from its local accounts. You never open an ad manager.
When does the trial week start, and what does it cost?
When your first campaign goes live. The trial week is $75 and includes 5 free flyer videos; ad spend and the 10% fee are extra. After 7 days it moves to Monthly ($200) unless you choose Quarterly ($500) or cancel.
How do I pay for the ads?
Link your business bank account once. Each campaign’s budget, plus the 10% fee, is debited when you approve it, and the campaign starts once the money clears, usually a few business days. Anything unspent stays as credit.
Who sees my ads?
People within 3 or 5 miles of your venue (you choose), people in your area who engage with goSparkor’s own local posts, and people who engaged with your own ads before. Your audience is never shared with other venues.
What does connecting my POS do?
It’s optional, free and read-only. You see sales next to your ad results, return on ad spend, and suggestions on what to promote and when. We can’t change orders, prices or menus.
Can you use posts creators already made about us?
Yes. Connect your Instagram or TikTok read-only and we’ll list your own videos and every creator video about you, with a button to request the ad code, or just enter a post link and the creator’s ad code. We run it as a local ad from our accounts; we never post on or manage your account. No TikTok or Instagram account, or rather not use it? No problem: we run your ads from the flyer videos we make.
Do you guarantee more customers?
No one honestly can. We guarantee you approve every dollar before it’s spent, and that you see exactly what your ads did. Before each campaign and after it ends, our AI assistant suggests what to improve, using your actual sales by day, hour and dish if you connect your POS, plus your ad results, the videos you ran and your profile. You decide what to act on; it never launches or changes anything on its own.
